Oatmeal for the Skin:

Oatmeal contains anti-inflammatory compounds called avenanthramides. These compounds can help relieve itching, redness, and inflammation of the skin.  Oatmel is very moisturizing for dry skin as well. Helping to decrease the symptoms of eczema and psorasis by locking is moisture.

Oatmeal also contains saponins. Saponins gently remove dead skin cells without scrubbing. 

This soap is kept unscented from any synthetic fragrance or essential oils, to prevent possible skin sensitivity. It also carries a neutral smell for those sensitive to strong aromas.

Take a handful of shredded Oatmilk Bath and add into a hot/warm running bath. Stir and let the soap dissolve in the warm water. Enter the bath when the water feels good to the touch. Soak and Enjoy!
